Take your love for the game to a new level, by building a team of your favorite cricketers with the most exciting features. Simply choose players based on their real-life performance and score points to climb up the leaderboard.
If you are one of the millions, hooked on fantasy cricket, this is your chance to win big. CrickPe application offers an interactive and exciting platform where you can create your team to compete with cric buffs nationwide and win big.
When asked about the CrickPe app, Grover said, “In general, in cricket fantasy apps, from a pot of INR 100 Cr, INR 20 Cr is reserved by the platform, and INR 80 Cr is distributed in the prize pool. My core question is why cricketers are not being paid from this total. Out of INR 10 Cr, 1.5% is given to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), another 1.5% to two participating teams and the rest will be distributed to the cricketers based on their performance.”
So the USP here is, CrickPe is involving cricketers and cricket bodies in the prize money distribution. What we have for now is, 1.5% will be given to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), another 1.5% to two participating teams and the rest will be distributed to the cricketers based on their performance.
When asked about venturing into other games and the big names already in the market, Grover seemed very clear that the application is solely for cricket and will not venture into other sports.
We are surely excited about the app and the idea behind it and only time will tell how it pans out for CrickPe in the long run.
