Yes. a dedicated project manager- scrum master will be assigned throughout our engagement. With whom you can get in touch for any sort of assistance, query, or resolution. 

We use industry-standard project management tools like Jira, Trello, Pivotal Tracker, Asana, and Slack. Where you will be able to track developers’ productivity and monitor the daily progress of your project, you can create the task, assign the work, and monitor the development progress. 

Rest assured, you will retain 100% ownership of your project. This includes full rights to the NDA, copyrights, source code, intellectual property, and any other related assets. We ensure that all ownership and legal aspects are clearly outlined and respected throughout the process.

Rest assured, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else, and we ensure that situations like this are avoided. Should either party wish to terminate the agreement, it can be done with or without cause by providing a written notice at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance.

Upon termination, Octal will issue a final invoice for work completed up to the termination date, which is due for payment within 3 business days. The termination invoice will outline all unpaid work and any remaining tasks completed up until the termination. All completed work will be delivered to the client in a usable electronic format to ensure a smooth transition.
