Saute´lets its users get freshly cooked hot food delivered to the users’ doorstep in a limited time. The USP here is the food delivered is freshly cooked and the drivers use the optimized route for the fastest delivery.

Faced Challenges

  • Preparing a database with the details of the nearby restaurants and their menu was quite complex.
  • List of delivery partners, and their verification, and help them with the shortest route to the delivery point.
  • Integrating the in-app wallet, in-app chat, and in-app camera affirm transparent communication between the application and the user.
  • Maintaining well-defined CRM to check and respond to the grievances and reviews by the customers.

The client wanted an application that would be a one-stop solution to all the problems of the users who want hot food delivered to their address from their favorite restaurant.
